Starting with Cycle 3 of Battle Frontier, each region will have similar pathways for promoting and relegating between the tiers. There are some slight variances due each region having a differing amount of tiers and players. Below, you will find information detailing the differences:
NA REGION

Legendary Tier – The top two teams will secure an invitation to Battle Frontier Worlds. The bottom two teams will relegate down by one tier, and move down to Champion Tier.
Champion Tier – The top two teams will promote to Legendary Tier. The 8th and 9th place teams will relegate down one tier into Elite Tier. The 10th place team will double relegate down two tiers into Expert Tier.
Elite Tier – The top two teams will promote to Champion Tier. The 8th and 9th place teams will relegate down one tier into Expert Tier. The 10th place team will double relegate down two tiers into Premier Tier.
Expert Tier – The 2nd and 3rd place teams will promote one tier to Elite Tier. The 1st place team will double promote two tiers to Champion Tier. The 8th and 9th place teams will relegate down one tier into Premier Tier. The 10th place team will double relegate down two tiers into Ace Tier.
Premier Tier – The 2nd and 3rd place teams will promote one tier to Expert Tier. The 1st place team will double promote two tiers to Elite Tier. The bottom three teams will relegate down one tier into Ace Tier.
Ace Tier – The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams will promote one tier to Premier Tier. The 1st palce team will double promote two tiers to Expert Tier. The bottom four teams will relegate down one tier into Open Tier.
Open Tier – The top four teams will promote into Ace Tier.
EMEA REGION

Legendary Tier – The top two teams will secure an invitation to Battle Frontier Worlds. The bottom two teams will relegate down by one tier, and move down to Champion Tier.
